Caroline is a well-rounded, goal-oriented and dependable People & Culture professional with a wealth of experience in the People & Culture space. She has been in the space for over fifteen (15) years, with the better part of this time spent in leading professional services firms, i.e Anjarwalla & Khanna and KPMG East Africa. She has also championed the people agenda in a leading tech startup and started her career as a People & Culture Consultant.
She is currently the Head of People & Culture at Anjarwalla & Khanna, the largest Corporate Law Firm in Eastern Africa, Large Law Firm of the Year in 2020,2019 and Africa Law Firm of the year in 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2013.
