Shema is currently working with Enabel Rwanda. A Development Partner. She has over 15 years been part of the Formulation of National strategies and public policies in Capacity building at Central and Local Level through coordination and consolidation of Ministries, Department and Agencies; Managing and Coordinating Capacity building at Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance planning and budgeting as well as external finance from Development Partners level through (DPCG). She also worked with Rwanda Development Board – Chief Skills Office as well as private sector and Creating partnership with Philanthropies Howard Buffet, Allan & Gill Grey, Master Card Foundation. Partnership with Norsken and Youth Connect for student to Innovate and have proof of concept
